Contributions made to Transplant Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. The amount of your contribution in excess of $45.00 per party ticket is deductible for federal tax purposes. Transplant Foundation is a not-for-profit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
